Do I need to register for each conference session I want to attend?
Yes. With the purchase of a conference pass you may attend any session(s) of your choosing as well as access the expo hall. This does not include Workshops. Expo passes do not include access to sessions.
How do promo codes work?
If you have a promo code (from postcard, magazine ad, email, or web ad), enter it in the Promo Code box at the beginning of registration to receive the offer. Codes will not be honored if expired and are not valid for completed registrations. Promo codes are only valid for qualified attendees only (not valid for non-exhibiting manufacturers and certain distributors, and/or consultants who meet the criteria that qualifies as an exhibiting-type company).
Does Medtrade have a mobile app? How do I get/use it?
Yes! Medtrade events have apps that will help you both before and at the show. Before the show, create your schedule and tag exhibitors you want to visit. At the show, find exhibitors on the floor plan and stay on track with your schedule. The app will be live approximately 4 weeks prior to the show.

How can I access speaker's presentations prior to the show?
If a speaker provides their slides to us, they will be made available in the Medtrade app one week prior to the show. Find the session you are attending and scroll down to the handouts section
Can I register on-site?
Yes, please visit the registration desks at the entrance to the show.
When will I receive my badge?
Badges will not be mailed for Medtrade but can be picked up at the registration desks during registration hours. If you registered in advance, please go to the counters marked “Registered? Print Badge Here” in registration. If you need to register on-site, please go to the counters marked “Not Registered? Sign Up Here” in registration.
Can I bring my child to the show?
For liability reasons, no children under the age of 16 are allowed on the show floor at any time. Proof of age may be requested.
How do I get an International Visa letter of invitation?
During the registration process, if a country outside of the United States is selected, an invitation letter will automatically be sent within 5-10 business days after registration is completed and payment is made.
How can I make hotel arrangements?
Hotel reservations can be made online through the Hotel Accommodations section of the Medtrade website. onPeak is the official housing agent for Medtrade.
Can I take photographs during the show?
Show Management is respectful of the time and resources utilized by each exhibitor and speaker in the research and development of new and exciting products for the HME marketplace. In an effort to protect our exhibitors and speakers, unauthorized photography or video recording is not allowed on the Expo Floor or in Conference Session rooms at Medtrade events without first obtaining permission from the exhibitor or speaker. Violators will be ejected from the show and could be denied entry to future Medtrade events and/or be prosecuted.

When can we move in to our booth?

When can we break down our booth?
Booth breakdown and packing may begin immediately after the expo hall is closed on March 30.
Where do I ship my booth materials in advance?
Shipping information for Medtrade will be available in the Exhibitor Service Manual once it is finalized.
Can I use my own dolly/hand truck and move my stuff in to my booth?
No, only materials that can be hand carried by one individual in one trip may be brought into the exhibit hall by an exhibitor. Multiple trips by one person is not allowed.
Can I set up my own booth?
You are allowed to set-up and dismantle your own booth provided the staff utilized is full-time company personnel of the exhibiting company.
If you are using an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), the online EAC Notification Form and the EAC’s Certificate of Insurance must be submitted prior to move-in.

What insurance coverage do I need and who should be listed as additional insured?
Medtrade Show Management requires each exhibiting company and Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) to carry general liability insurance, automotive liability (if applicable) and workmen’s compensation coverage.

How do I register my exhibitor booth personnel?
Exhibitors at Medtrade receive four exhibitor badges per 100 square feet of booth space. This badge will give access to the expo floor only. Exhibitors may add on access to educational conference sessions starting at $49 (fee depends on time of registration and increase as the show approaches). In registration, once a person has been added as booth staff, select the Edit Show Items button. There, you may add conference session access as well as workshops that are open to exhibitors. A link to badge registration is posted in the Exhibitor Resource Center.
When will I receive my badge?
Exhibitor badges will not be mailed. Exhibitors may pick up their badges onsite during registration hours.
